Which Joule model works in the region that I live in?

Here is the latest information on all Joule models and versions. Before purchasing Joule, please make sure you buy the model that corresponds with the country where it will be used. Joule is only under warranty when used within the geographic region for which it was designed, and it is not safe to operate Joule with a transformer or converter. See details below.

US/Canada:

Joule Stainless (cs10001) and Joule White (cs20001) are designed for 120 V circuits and are available for purchase and shipping only within the US.

Joule Stainless (cs20004) is designed for 120 V circuits and is available for purchase and shipping only within Canada.

Please note that it is not safe to operate cs10001, cs20001, and cs20004 using 220 or 240 VAC power, even with a transformer or converter. These models are not covered under warranty when used outside of the US or Canada.

EU/UK:

Joule White (cs20009) is designed for 230 V circuits and is available for purchase at amazon.co.uk.

Joule White (cs20010) is designed for 230 V circuits and is available for purchase at amazon.de, amazon.fr, and amazon.es.

Please note that Joule White (cs20009 and cs20010) will only be covered under warranty when used in Europe. Use elsewhere voids the warranty.
