If you saw this alert while trying to connect to WiFi, it may be because you are using a Joule registered to another user. In that case, you can still use this Joule with Bluetooth. To connect to WiFi, you can ask the owner of the Joule in question to unpair within their Joule app, or you can sign in with the owner’s chefsteps.com username and password.
