Want to change your email or password on your ChefSteps account? Here’s how to do so:
- In the Joule app, log out of your ChefSteps account:
- Proceed to the main menu (tap the three horizontal lines in the upper left).
- Tap Settings > View Profile
- Tap Sign Out
- Repeat the above steps for all phones/tablets you currently use with Joule.
- Open a web browser and proceed to ChefSteps.com.
- Select the menu in the upper right and choose Sign In to log into your current account.
- After logging in, return to the menu in the upper right and choose Profile.
- On your main profile page, select Edit Profile.
- Now on the Account Profile page, you can then change your email and password.
- After successfully changing your email and/or password, launch the Joule app and sign in with your new credentials.
