Want to change your email or password on your ChefSteps account? Here’s how to do so:
- In the Joule app, log out of your ChefSteps account:
Open a web browser and proceed to ChefSteps.com.
Select the menu in the upper right and choose Sign In to log into your current account.
After logging in, return to the menu in the upper right and choose Profile.
On your main profile page, select Edit Profile.
Now on the Account Profile page, you can then change your email and password.
After successfully changing your email and/or password, launch the Joule app and sign in with your new credentials.
- Proceed to the main menu (tap the three horizontal lines in the upper left).
- Tap Settings > View Profile
- Tap Sign Out
- Repeat the above steps for all phones/tablets you currently use with Joule.
