Did you purchase a used Joule?

While we certainly understand looking for the best deal when buying a product, if you have purchased a previously owned Joule from a third-party seller, we cannot guarantee its working state. Please note that our warranty covers only the first owner of Joule.

If you purchased a Joule via a third-party seller (e.g. Amazon Warehouse Deals, eBay, Craigslist) and are having issues with it, please review our troubleshooting FAQs and/or submit a support ticket. If it is determined that your Joule is faulty, please return it to the seller and, if possible, include a note that ChefSteps has advised that the unit is not operational and should not be resold.
