The Joule app is currently compatible with iOS 9.x or later and Android 4.4 or later. We do not have a timeline for supporting additional operating systems.
- NOTE: The Joule app may not start on older Android devices running prior to version 8.x, iOS devices prior to version 12.x, and FireOS devices. There is currently no workaround for this. If possible, update the device to Android 8.x or later, iOS 12.x or later, or use a different device running Android 8.x / iOS 12.x or later.
