If your account was created through Facebook and you are not able to log in, please log in using your email instead. Facebook login is currently down, and you will receive an error that the log in is disabled. To log in using your email instead, please follow the steps below:
- Use the email address that is connected to your Facebook account and then select, 'Forgot Password"
- Change your password (click here for instructions)
- Log into the Joule app and ChefSteps.com using your email address and the new password.
